Welcome to Canada Immigration Scam

Is the grass really greener on the other side of the fence for professional skilled immigrants?

New life with exciting opportunities

Canada is abusing its professionally skilled immigrants and is practicing economic apartheid against them. Don't believe it? Hear our story and you may just want to question your decision to come to this country. We are two professionally skilled immigrants who were misled by Canada, via its High Commission in London, England into believing that our education, skills and experience was recognized in Canada and that we would readily acquire decent jobs within our field of expertise.

The type of deceptive practices we have faced from job agencies, training centres, and employers during our long years here was totally unnecessary. Further, our children had been subjected to various forms of racial discrimination and bullying that no human being should have had to face in a so-called first world country. One of our children is so truamatized by his experiences in the school system, he doesn't trust the school system or the justice system.

For the last 8 years we have been unemployed or severely underemployed, and we have experienced severe hardship, mental and physical stress, and financial ruin. It took 8 years of struggle and fighting for justice, for us to barely get back into our fields, however our suffering has not ended. We are nowhere close to working at the level we were in England. We have lost everything: today we are not homeowners, and we still don't know what our long term future will be, since this unstable country bashes you down two steps for every step up you try and take.

The bad faith policy that brought us to Canada and the long-term unemployment we suffered as a result, has created a mountain of debt which we will never be able to overcome for years. Well unlike a lot of immigrants we fought back and sued the government. But guess what? There is no real justice in this country, only the illusion of justice being done.

We were forced into bankruptcy and kept in bankruptcy so that our legal efforts to seek justice can be stymied. This was done to prevent a floodgate of future claims, and this has further sealed our belief that we will be in hardship for the rest of our lives. Canada has dealt with this case in the same way it has dealt with the land claims of its Aboriginal peoples. Anger, denial and delay, against the victims. We ironically find ourselves going to the same remedy that First Nations people in Canada have had to resort to: the United Nations.

Today the courts had shifted the burden on to the government however we are not getting much response from that area. We had written to all three parties. The response has been as follows:-

Liberal - We were asked to bring it back to the courts. This message was passed to us by Stephen Dion’s aide. This by the way, is the same Liberal Party that's yelling about anti-immigration legislation that's currently before Parliament. The same party that's trying to look like it cares about immigrants.

NDP – We got a letter on the behalf of Olivia Chow and Jack Layton pamphlets asking us to support them in their fight against poverty. Basically a non-response and the limousine left's response to everything. Pamphlets and propaganda.

Conservative – So far no response to this letter.

Before coming to power the present Conservative government read our petition, which had a 1000 signatures, promising that once they came to power something would be done. After coming to power they haven't done anything to resolve our issue, even though the courts shifted the burden on to the government to resolve.

Canada is definitely not a place for professional people like us or for anyone to bring their children up in an honest way. At this stage after the “Black Justice” we received; we question ourselves on the ideals we have embraced all our lives: honesty, hard work and respect for others. We have learned that honesty will not get us anywhere in this country except a dim future. We would have been a hundred times better off, if we were living in our respective countries even if we had to struggle. Coming to a foreign land and suffering the consequence of immigration hypocrisy and bureaucracy was a huge mistake
.

Having your credentials not recognized and not being able to get back into your field is one thing. Being unemployed and under-employed for a long period of time can cause severe destruction to an immigrant and his family in many cases it has let to lost of lives as well and broken families
