Constitutional Challenge
The validity of the constitution was challenged by the Premakumarans The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom; Guarantee Rights and Freedom
We had also challenged the Constitution before the courts, however this in most cases went unheard and was pushed under the carpet by the courts thereby violating our individual Rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom.
