When we retrieved our immigration file from the Privacy Commission we discovered that the original documents were destroyed, and in their place there were documents that had been manipulated and obviously tampered with.

For instance, the file states that: -

1) We had immigrated from New Dehli, India when in actual fact we immigrated from the United Kingdom,

2) According to the file notes by immigration officers, we came under the category of assisted immigrant and that there was an uncle who had sponsored us when in actual fact we came under the professional skilled workers category and there was no sponsor. Who this mysterious uncle is remains a question mark?.
